The Course

The Golf Garden Destin has an executive golf course. You can play 9 holes for $20 or 18 holes for $27.50. If you want to get a cart, you will pay $7 for a half a cart for 9 holes and $9.50 for half a cart for 18 holes. You can also rent a pull cart for $3. This is an affordable way to take in a round of golf.

Putting Course

If you want to work on your short game, you can play the 18 hole putting course at the Golf Garden Destin. The putting course costs $7.75 for adults, $7 for seniors, and $6.75 for children. This is a great way to get better at putting.

Driving Range

The Golf Garden Destin also has a driving range. You can buy small, medium or large bucket of balls at the driving range. The large bucket costs $10.75, the medium bucket costs $8.75, and the small bucket costs $6.75.

When you play at the Eglin Air Force Base Golf Course, you can choose from the Eagle and the Falcon courses. These courses are located on 250 acres so you will have ample room to spread out and hit the ball. You will also have access to rain shelters and a lightning warning system. Safety is always important so you will appreciate this feature, especially if you get caught out in a storm.

The Courses

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort has four golf courses. First, there is the Raven Golf Club. The 2006 and 2007 PGA Champions Tour stopped at the Raven Golf Club for a round. Florida Golf News voted it the “Best New Course in Florida in 2000″ and Golf Magazine named it “#14 in Florida.”

Then, there is the Burnt Pine Golf Club. This is the most popular of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort courses. It has some amazing views and takes golfers through pine trees and wetlands. It has four sets of tees, making it perfect for golfers of all levels.

You can also play at the Baytowne Golf Club. You will go from beach to bay when you play at this course. It hosted the 2013 NCAA Division III National Championship and received a rating of 4.5 stars from Golf Digest.

The Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club has an 18-hole, par-72 golf course. The course offers five sets of tees, allowing golfers of all levels to play the type of game they want. The course includes natural dunes. You will wind through these dunes as you move through some of the holes. You will also wind through some natural wildlife habitats when you play at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club.

The Course

The course is on top of the tallest pirate mountain on the gulf coast. That means you will get to enjoy some gorgeous views as you move from one hole to the next. You and your family will play through two buccaneers’ caves, along waterfalls, and next to streams. Along with golfing you will go through a pirate adventure as your family searches for Captain Kidd’s lost treasure. This adventure is certain to put a smile on everyone’s faces.

Rates

You don’t have to spend a lot of money to go to Pirates Island Adventure Golf. Adults only pay $11 for a round of golf. Kids aged 4-12 play for $8. Kids 3 and under play for free, as long as they are playing with a paying adult.

If you want to play some more once your round is up, you can pay for an extra round. Extra rounds only cost $5. You can also pay an extra $7 to get to play all day. This is great for large families that love miniature golf and pirate treasure.

Hours and Location

Pirates Island Adventure Golf is open from 9 AM until 10 PM every day. That means you can get a lot of golf in if you get an all-day pass. It is located in Panama City Beach, FL. While that is a little ways away from Destin, it is well worth the trip if you want to enjoy a pirate adventure.

Choctaw Course

First, you can play at the Choctaw Course. This nine hole course is all about distance. It only has two par-3 tees on the entire course so you need to be able to hit the ball a good distance. If you don’t place the ball correctly, you will spend the majority of your game in trouble.

Creek Course

Seminole Course

The Seminole Course is kwon for its wide fairways. Don’t get too relaxed with the forgiving fairways, though, since water comes into play on four of the course’s nine holes. This Destin golf course is also known for its large greens.
